Renalfa Solarpro Group has completed the construction of the 2 MWp PV power plant (PVPP) for self-consumption for Volkswagen Poznan, Poland, and it is now fully operational. The plant will operate on the basis of Solar as a Service (SaaS) agreement. Renalfa Solarpro Group is acting as a lead investor, when its subsidiary Solarpro, has developed, build and will operate the asset. This initiative aligns with Volkswagen Poznan's dedication to both environmental sustainability and financial efficiency.

“The Self-consumption PVPP and SaaS are the most attractive part of the energy transition. We have already successfully completed similar type of projects with other commercial and industrial groups in the region. We see growing demand for green energy and fixed price long term PPA's from industrial consumers, as a hedge against power market volatility.” commented Nick Antonov, Director of communications of Renalfa Solarpro Group.
